I took delivery of a Sonic Grey 2021 Type R with 1000 miles on it a few weeks ago. I have to say that I am amazed by the car.
I have had to good fortune to own a few high performance cars over the years: 2008 EVO 8 (modded), 2015 WRX STi, 2013 Shelby GT 500, 2001 Viper GTS, BMW M cars etc.
The Type R is an engineering masterpiece in my humble opinion. It is so well balanced that I'm not sure that modifying it would make it any better.
